come overは誰かを家に呼んだり、行ったりするときに使います。
My friend will come over for lunch this weekend. （週末に友達がランチを食べに家に来る）
こういう感じですね。
swing byの方が「ふらっと、ちょっと立ち寄る」感じがします。
インターフォンは和製英語なので、英語ではdoorbellとかbuzzerとか言います。
