ins and outs という、変わった言い方を見つけました。使って言うことは出来ますか。

to maneuver で「操る」
ins and outs of English grammar で「英文法の詳細・何から何まで」
次のように言った方がもう少し自然な言い方になります。
ーI'd like to get to the point where I have a complete command of English grammar.
「英文法を完璧に使いこなせるようになりたい」
to get to the point where ... で「…するところまでこぎつける・…のレベルにまで到達する」
to have a complete command of ... で「…を完璧に使いこなすことができる」
