『一緒に車を使ってる』は、
I share a car with my mother. と言えます。
share with は、『～を人と共同で使用する』と言う時によく使用されるフレーズです。
例えば、
I share some clothes with my friends. とすると
『いくつかの洋服を友人と共有しています。』
I share a room with my older sister.
『部屋を姉と共有しています。』
などと言えますね！
