I think (that)~ ~と思います。 日本語で最後にきますが、英語でI think thatを最初につけるのが自然ですね。 there's no way that I'll get married 私は絶対に結婚しない there's no way that I'll get married within 3 years 絶対に3年以内に結婚しない I think that there's no way that I'll get married within 3 years. 私は絶対に3年以内に結婚しないと思います。 I don't even have a girlfriend/boyfriend now anyway. 今付き合っている相手（彼女・彼氏）もいないし いないし、の「し」と言うニュアンスを伝えるためにdon't even~anywayに訳しました。 ご参考になれば幸いです。

I’m not even seeing anyone right now.** 「絶対に3年以内に結婚しないと思う」という部分ですが、 * **I really don’t think I’ll get married in the next three years.** この "I really don’t think..." という形は、強い否定の予測をやわらかく言いたい時にぴったりです。 完全に「100%ありえない」と言いたいなら “There's no way I’m getting married in the next three years.” も使えます。
