1ヶ月前に写真を撮った時はこんなのは写ってませんでした、って英語でなんて言うの？

ペットのお腹に突然大きなホクロ？シミ？のようなものが出現しました。
1ヶ月ほど前に撮った写メを見てみるとそんなものは写ってませんでした。
いつ出来たのか心配です。
