得点の7割が利き足ではない足でのシュートの選手がいます。
「彼らは(どういうわけか)、利き足で決めるゴール数よりも、利き足とは反対の足でシュートして、よりゴールを決めている」
He scores more using the opposite foot from his dominant foot
「利き足」は英語でdominant footと言います。（dominantは「主な」や「一番強い」と意味します。）よって、利き足の反対の足、つまり「利き足ではない足」を言いたい場合はnon-dominantと言います。（形容詞の前にnon〜という接頭辞をつけると「〜ではない」と意味します。）
For some reason, he scores more goals with his non-dominant foot.
彼はどういうわけか、利き足より反対の足でゴールを決める。
the opposite foot from his dominant footやthe foot that isn't his dominant footなど、説明っぽい表現は決して間違ってはいないのですが、non-dominant footが一番簡潔な言い方です。
