「楽しさ」はfunとかjoyとかenjoymentなどと言えます。「見出す」はfindとかdiscoverとかfind outと言えます。上記の回答ではfind outを提案していない理由にたいしては使い方がより難しいんです。
例文：In recent years, I feel that kids are discovering the joy of using electronics to create music and art.「近年、子供たちは電子機器を使い音楽や絵を描くことに楽しさを見出していると感じる。」
So, how about we let adults, who are stuck inside in the dark, outside to play？「なので、無闇に大人が外で遊ばせるのはいかがなものか」

「楽しさを見出している」は、英語では find / discover / get enjoyment などで言うのが自然です。
日本語の「見出す」は少し硬めですが、英語でも同じように “find” や “discover” を使うと「だんだん気づいて、そこに楽しさがあると分かってきた」という感じが出ます。
