しながら～しながらって英語でなんて言うの？

しながら を連続で強調したいとの事であれば while だけを
使っても良いと思います。
部分的には and で区切るのも有りです。

「私はお菓子を食べながら，ジュースを飲みながら，Youtubeを見ながらゲームをするのが好きです。」
"I like playing games while eating snacks, while drinking juice and watching Youtube"

I like to play games while I eat snacks, drink juice, and watch YouTube.
私はお菓子を食べながら、ジュースを飲みながら、Youtubeを見ながらスマートフォンゲームをするのが好きです。

I like playing games, eating snacks, drinking juice, and watching YouTube all at the same time.
私は同時にお菓子を食べて、ジュースを飲んで，Youtubeを見て、スマートフォンゲームをするのが好きです。

at the same time は「同時に」という意味の英語表現です。
simultaneously と表現することもできます。
