カジュアルな会話で、「いやー、最近の技術にはついていけないねえ」みたいなときは、「I can't keep up with the technology.」などと年配の方々が話しているのを耳にします。「Electronic devices (電子機器）」と言っても構いませんが、「Technology」の方が自然です。「I can't keep up with the日本語の原文により近づけたいときは、2番目の文章のようにするとよいと思いますが、書き言葉に近くなります。

「get used to ～」は「～になれる」と言う意味です。「適応する」と同じ意味です。
「adapt to」とか「adjust to」とか「get with」など、「get used to」のような言い方はたくさんあります。
「savvy」は「知識がある」と言う意味です。「～の使い方について色々よく知っている」または「～が上手」と言う感じもあります。それで、電子機器に対する知識について話す時に「tech-savvy」や「computer-savvy」と言えます。
