この「着こなす」にぴったりの英語フレーズは、pull off です。
This outfit is hard to pull off. 「この服は着こなすのが難しい。」
pull off は「（難しいことを）うまくやってのける、成功させる」という意味があり、ファッションにおいては「（難易度の高い服を）うまく着こなす」という意味で非常によく使われます。
"That dress is gorgeous, but I think it would be difficult for me to pull it off." （あのドレスは素敵だけど、私には着こなすのが難しそうだわ。）
