アトラクションの仕事の注意事項の説明です。翻訳をしたのですがやはり1つ1つが長い文でわかりにくい文になるのでできるだけ短くシンプルなわかりやすいワードにしていただけると助かります。

この場合、次のように言うと自然で良いかと思います。
ーGo up the stairs then follow the arrows on the floor.
「階段を上って床の矢印に従ってください」
to go up the stairs で「階段を上る」
to follow the arrows で「矢印をたどる・従う」

ーGo to the top of the stairs and walk in the direction the arrows are pointing.
「階段の上まで行き、矢印が指す方向に歩いてください」
top of the stairs で「階段の上」
to walk in the direction the arrows are pointing で「矢印が指す方向に歩く」
