9月に入ったら〜するって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーI'm busy the whole month of August, so I'll go get looked at in September.
「8月中は忙しいので、9月に診てもらいます」

または次のような言い方もできます。
ーI'll go see a doctor once September rolls around.
「9月になったら医師に診てもらいます」
