「オンライン通訳で(オンライン通訳を使って)相談ができます」はIt is possible to consult through online interpretation.とかYou can have a consultation through online interpretationとかYou can have a consultation using an online interpreterなどに訳せます。（interpreterは「通訳者」です。）
