「TOEICの受験日程が決まりました」は英語に訳すと「The schedule of the TOEIC exam has been decided」になります。
「日程」は英語で「schedule」になります。別の言い方は「date and time」になりますので、「The date and time of the TOEIC exam has been decided」になります。
「決まりました」(自動詞）は「to have been decided」に相当します。「決める」（他動詞）は「to decide」になります。自分で受験日程が決めない場合は自動詞の「to have been to decided」、「has been decided」になります。
