レッスン中に、〇〇という単語の音が聞き取れたけど、意味がわからない。
馴染みがない単語の発音だったり、初めて聞いた単語の発音なので、
その音の言葉の意味を、先生に質問するのにどのように聞けばよいでしょうか？

「あなたが〇〇って単語を言ったのを聞きました。それってどういう意味ですか？」
to hear you say ... で「あなたが…と言うのを聞く」
ーIt sounded like you said 〇〇, but I'm not sure what that means.
「あなたが〇〇って言ったように聞こえたけどそれがどういう意味だかわかりません」
to sound like ... で「…のように聞こえる」
