英語ではお酒を "liquoir" と言う名詞、間接的に ”drink" と言いますが、

少なくとも、"alcohol" （英語では “ｈ" をちゃんと発音して “アルコホール” と言います） という単語はあまり使いません。それはこの単語は成分そのものを指すからなんですね。従って怪我した時や消毒用という意味で使うことの方が多いかもしれません。
また、この例文では「飲むことから・・・」というようにただ単に原因を説明するだけの言い方となりますが、これも英語圏では「○○が弱い」のように、何か劣っていることを認めるような表現はあまりしないからという英語ならではの感性があります。
従って二個目の例文も同じように、”I don't drink often so my face turns red everytime" のように、直訳だと「顔がすぐ赤くなるのであまり飲まない」、これは最終的に言いたい主旨が変わっちゃうかもしれませんが、最初の例と同じように少なくとも何かできない、何かを認めなければならない時という場合はでっち上げだとしてもいちいち言い訳、理由などを並べて言うのが一つの傾向になっていると言えるかもしれません。
また、最後の例、”I get my face red from drinking since I don't drink often." 、直訳だと「あまり頻繁に飲まないせいか顔がすぐ赤くなる」というような言い方もまたこれまでの例と同じような感覚の表現の一つとして考えられると思います。
どれもそのままの直訳ではありませんが、自然に聞こえる英語の表現の例としてこれらもまた参考になればと思います。

私も含め、お酒を飲むと顔がすぐ赤くなります。
アジア人、特に日本人、韓国人、それから中国人によく見られる傾向があります。
なので、お酒をのんで顔が赤くなる事（アジア人のみ）をAsian glowまたはAsian flushと言います。
Asian glowのGlow（発音：ぐろぅ）は、イメージ的にロウソクの光のような、ぼやっとした明りの事を指します。確かにお酒を飲むと、顔中がポっとしますものね。
アジア人以外の人には a facial flushを使って、 You have a facial flush!と言うか、「赤くなってるよ」の（１）your face is turning red! （２）You face is flushing! でもいいですね。

It's better to say that your 'face turns red' instead of saying you become 'red-faced'. This is because to become 'red-faced' is to have a red face as a result of embarrassment or shame.
Here are another two ways of expressing that your face will turn red when drinking:

If I drink too much my face will turn red.
Both expressions are reasonable and good reasons as to why you are not able to drink too much. This also implies that you are possibly allergic to alcohol and something that is easily understood. Hopefully these expressions help you out!
