まだ途中までしか読んでいませんって英語でなんて言うの？

「途中」はpart of the wayとin the middle ofに訳せます。でも、in the middle ofは「しか」という文法と一緒に使うのが難しいですので、part of the wayを提案しています。そして、part of the wayの短縮系はpart-wayです。

別の言い方ですが、「I'm half-way reading through the book.」と言えます。

会話の例：

B: Not yet! I'm half-way reading through it.　「まだ途中までしか読んでいません」

上記の例で、Aの方は「book」と言いましたので、Bの方は答えするとき、「the book」の代わりに「it」と言います。

一つ目は、一番シンプルで分かりやすい、
I haven't finished reading it.
「まだ読み終わっていません」
あるいは、
I'm only halfway through.
「まだ途中です」
とも言えます。
これは、「読書」以外の場合でも、あらゆる作業に対して使えますね(^_^)

halfway throughの後にreading itなどを続けると、「読むのが途中」ということが明確になりますが、文脈上必要なければ省略可です。
I'm only halfway through reading it.
「まだ読んでる途中です」
