13日のことは 13th と書きますが 13rd とは書きません。3日なら 3rd、23日なら 23rd のように書けます。 例： I'm going to Paris on December 13th. 「12月13日にパリに行きます」 I was born on October 23rd. 「私は10月23日に生まれました」 ご参考まで！
