このフレーズは英語でいうとだいたい「I wonder if」です。
明日雨降るのかなあ
I wonder if it'll rain tomorrow.
「空いているカフェ」はニュアンスによって言い方が変わります。
席が空いている＝ with open/empty seats
営業中＝ open
The cafe was open, but there were no open seats.
I wonder if there's an open cafe

まず、空いてるカフェ見つかるかなぁ？ は
「カフェに入って（カフェで）席みつかるかな？」という意味ととらえて例文を作りました。
独り言のような感じで言う場合で、I wonder ~?(～だろうか）を使っています。
例文１は、I wonder if we can find a less crowded cafe?
直訳）あまり混んでいないカフェ、見つけれるかなぁ
(less crowded あまり混んでいない）
☆これを「空いているカフェ」だからと言って、empty cafe としてしまうと、
「空っぽのカフェ→「誰もいないカフェ」になってしまいます。
☆また、open cafe とすると「営業中のカフェ」になって、これも意味が違ってきます。
（例文２)I wonder if we can find seats available at a cafe?
(直訳）カフェで、空いている（availalbe) 席、みつけれるかなぁ…？
このavailable は、学校ではあまり習わないと思いますが、非常によく使われ、TOEICなどでも頻出の単語です。
（availalble は「利用できる」「入手できる」また、人に使われると「手が空いている」「時間がある」などの意味になります）
また、available は、この例文のように（”find seats avaialbe” ）後ろから名詞を修飾することが多い形容詞です。
英文にする時は、日本文の意味をよく考え、また、日ごろから多くの英文に触れ、単語の本来の意味、使い方を感じ取ることが必要と思います。

hopeは「願う」と言う意味です。
I wish〜でも同じ意味になります。
