もし月に2回になったら・・・
I go to school on Saturday mornings twice a month. と言いますか？

Miharuさんの言い方でも良いですし、次のようにも言えます。

ーI have classes at school one Saturday a month, but only in the morning.
「月一回土曜日の朝だけだけど、学校で授業がある」
to have classes で「授業がある」
only in the morning で「午前中だけ・朝だけ」

ーI go to school twice a month on Saturday morning.
「月に二回土曜の朝に学校に行きます」
このように言った方がもう少し自然な感じになります。
