言い忘れていましたが、って英語でなんて言うの？

「言い忘れていましたが、」というのは、forgot「忘れた」を使って

I forgot to tell you, but ...
「あなたに言い忘れていましたが、」

と表現することが出来ます。

例）I forgot to tell you, but I've done the part 2 in the last lesson.
　　「言い忘れていましたが、前回のレッスンで、パート２まで終わらせました」

ーI don't think I mentioned it, but we finished the end of part two at our last lesson.
「言い忘れましたが、前回のレッスンでパート２の最後まで終えました」
I don't think I mentioned it, but ... で「ちょっと言ってなかったと思いますが…」＝「言い忘れてましたが…」とも言えます。
