お米、2合じゃなくて3合炊けばよかったって英語でなんて言うの？
足りるかなぁと思って2合炊いたのですが、ご飯が足りなかった時、やっぱり3合炊けば良かったなぁと独り言を言いたいです。

should have で「〜べきだった」
three cups of rice で「３合の米・お米３合」

wasn't enough で「十分でなかった」＝「足らなかった」
