何か知りませんとか気づいてない時、「I was not aware that」という表現を使えます。
この場合、「置いててくれてたんですね知りませんでした」なので、そうすると、「I was not aware that you had put it there for me.」になります。
もし、具体的にティッシュボックスと指したいなら、「I was not aware that you had put the tissue box there for me.」に変更できます。
