I left my key in the lock.(鍵を差したままにした)などと続ければOKです。

  • My bike was just outside my house and no its gone. I think someone stole it.

By saying "I left your bike outside" explains where you last saw it and that it is not lost. By adding "and someone stole it" explains what happened next and that it was stolen. This is a short answer of describing what happened to your bike. By saying "My bike was just outside my house and no its gone." Is a more broad way to explain what has happened to your bike and opens the scope to other possibilities other then theft. Just in case your unsure if its actually stolen or if maybe someone just moved it or a friend borrowed it. By adding " I think someone stole it. " implies your thoughts on the matter and that theft was involved
"My bike was just outside my house and now its gone."(私の自転車は家の外にあったけど、なくなっちゃった) これは、より意味が広いです。

"to nick" something is English slang for "to steal" If you are talking with friends likely you may want to use slang English. For example The boy nicked ten dollars from his mother's purse. Also, it is common to use "bike" instead of "bicycle"
The boy nicked ten dollars from his mother's purse.

If you want to describe a situation whereby your bike was stolen when you parked it in front of your house, any of these sentences can be used to describe that:- 1. Someone stole my bike that was parked in front of my house. 2. My bicycle was stolen. 3. My bicycle went missing. (This is an informal way of saying that your bicycle was stolen.)

I had my bike stolen. 「私は自転車を盗まれた」 Someone stole my bike. I had my bike stolen. I was stolen my bikeと言ってしまいますが、これは間違いです。

The three sentences you see provided above are great ways to express to your listener that your bike was stolen. In the first sentence you will see the word rob and in the third sentence you will see the word snatch. Both of these words mean to take something without permission. The first two sentences are appropriate for formal settings while the third sentence is appropriate for informal settings.

In order to explain that you had parked your bicycle in front of your house and it was stolen, you can say "Someone robbed my bicycle". You can then follow this up with "It was parked in front of my house". This gives context to the situation and explains the situation fully.
"Someone robbed my bicycle"(誰かが私の自転車を盗んだ) この後に、 "It was parked in front of my house"(家の前に止まっていた) と続けることができます。
