はい、実は英語でもこのような曖昧な表現をすることがあるんですね。
すでに他の先生方がたくさんのアドバイスをされていますが同じように使えわれている、より間接的な表現やネイティブならではの慣用句、熟語をもう少し紹介しますね。
まず一つ目の英訳例は、「Not my cup of tea」、直訳すると「私好みのお茶ではない」という訳になりますが、ここで言う「[お茶](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/56748/)」は実際西洋でいうところの「紅茶」。 それは実に数えきれないたっくさぁ～んの味、種類や飲み方があります。言うならば、ネイティブ、特に英国人ならでは毎日すごく飲むこの紅茶は自分好みのものではない、つまりこの表現は殆どが「あまり好きではない」というニュアンスで使われます。
もちろん、「[嫌い](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34956/)」とは言っていないのでとてもマイルドな表現、使い方によっては曖昧さを表す表現としてもまた使えますね。
しかしもっともっと曖昧さを出すのであればこれもまた定番表現があります。
それは二個目の英訳例の「I've seen better.」、映画や「見る」という動作を対象にしたものであれば「もっと良いのを見たことがある」、つまり悪くはないけど最高でもない、もっとすごいのを見たことあるさ、という曖昧な評価を表現するときに使いますね。
これが食べ物であれば、「I've eaten better.」や「I've had better 〇〇〇」、例えば「I've had better pizza than this.」（これより美味しいピザ食べたことある」、「I've had better steak」（これより美味しいステーキ食べたことあるよ」というように使えちゃいます。
意訳すれば、「そんなに好きなわけではない」という意味の表現としてどれも使えますね。
最後の例では、「I'm not crazy about it」、直訳するならば「それについては気が狂うほどではない」と書いて実際の意訳は「そんなにすごくいいとは思わない」、「大して好みではない」、「あんまり好きな方ではない」という意味でこれもまたネイティブならではの慣用句の一つですね。
どれもまた自然な英語での表現ですので、これらの言い方もまた好みやスタイル、覚えやすい表現を選ぶにあたってご自分の表現の選択肢に加えてみてください。

わりといろいろな言い方があるかと思いますが、よく使われるものの一つとして
That's not my favorite.
[お気に入り](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36237/)ではない、そんなに好きではない
という表現があります。
例：
I don't hate it, but it's not my favorite.
[嫌い](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34956/)ではないけどそんなに好きではない。
hate = 嫌い
favorite = お気に入り
not my favorite = お気に入りではない、そんなに好きではない
Do you like it? （これ好き？）などと聞かれた時、そこまで好きじゃない時は「not really」だけの返しで、「あんまり（好きじゃない）」の意味になりますよ。
I don't like it that much というと、「（それ）そこまで好きじゃない」の意味になり、that muchで「そこまで」の意味になります。
参考になれば嬉しいです。
あんまり好きじゃない、は以下のように英訳できます。
１）It's Okay
なじみ深い「OK」を使って表現することもできるんです。
日本語で使われている「OK」はGood（良い）という意味で使われますよね。
英語でももちろんそうですが、何かの感想を聞かれた時の「OK」は「まぁ、いいんじゃない」「まぁまぁかな」にあたり、あんまり好きではない、となります。
「どうだった？」と聞かれて、「OK」を使うタイミングやニュアンス、自分の思ったものとは違うように理解される事もありますから、気を付けてくださいね！
２）I am not a fan of that
＝ファンじゃない＝あまり好きでない
Fan、は○○ファンのファン（例：阪神ファン・Hanshin fan）
ファン、という事は「好き」という事ですよね。
それを否定形の文に入れたら、「好きではない」の表現に。
このフレーズは「苦手なんです」という意味でも使えます。
否定形の I don't like ~などは、たまにストレート過ぎて使えない場面があります。（例：招待された家での食事中）そこで使える「苦手なんです」の一つがこれ、Fan！
こんな感じで使えます。I am not a big fan of Anko (Red bean paste)=あんこ苦手なんです。
３）I don't really care that much
＝そこまで気にしない＝あまり好きではない
ここの「THAT」は強調として使われます。ですから、この文章を読む時は、Thatにアクセントを置いてI don't really care THAT muchと読みましょう。
この「That」は「そこまで」にあたります。

It means that you neither hate the dish nor love it .
fond = having an affection or liking for something or someone.
"I don't really care much about this dish.
"You have no strong opinions about the particular dish.
"I am not fond of X."
好きでもきらいでもないときの表現
fondは、何かや誰かが好きで、影響があることを表します。
"I don't really care much about this dish. あんまりこの料理好きじゃない。
"You have no strong opinions about the particular dish. 特に好き嫌いはないよ。
"I'm not a fan of this" and "Not my cup of tea"
are both commonly used phrases to describe that you don't particularly like something, this can be from food to a person.
'Fan' is the term used to describe someone who follows/is a fan/admires someone, ex. "I am a fan of their music"
"I'm not a fan of this" や "Not my cup of tea"はどちらも、食べ物でも人でも、あるものが特に好きではないことを表すのによく使われるフレーズです。
'Fan' は、ある人のことを気に入っている人のことを指す言葉です。
例：
"I am a fan of their music"

I'm impartial to (blank) - being impartial means that you won't choose a side, so if something is neither good nor bad for you, you can say that you're impartial to it.
It's neither here nor there for me. - this means again that you won't choose a side, it's not on your bad or good list, neither here nor there

このフレーズの文字通りの意味は、好みの紅茶ではないということですが、このフレーズを使う時は、紅茶の話しをしているわけではありません。物事が自分の好みではないということを説明する時に使われる表現です。

…はどちらでもない
being impartialは、どちらでもないということで、物事が良くも悪くもない時はimpartial と言うことが出来ます。
例文
It's neither here nor there for me.
私にとってそれは大したことではないよ。
このフレーズもどちらでもなく、物事が良くも悪くもないということです。
Using the first answer would be a good way of saying that you are not very interested in that particular food.
Using the second answer this would be expressing that you wouldn't choose that food if you was in a restaurant or at home.
英語で「あんまり好きじゃない」という曖昧な表現が本当に多くありますね。
上記に提案したのは三つの例です。
I'm not so into that → あの（映画、食べ物など）にそんなにはまってないね
I prefer something else → 他の（種類、スタイルなど）の方が好きです。
Meh（発音は「メッ」）というのはオノマトペのような言葉であり、「好きじゃないけど別に嫌いでもない」という曖昧な気持ちをぴったり表します。
When speaking of certain food you do not particularly like, you can use the sentences above.
Some meals are just not our favorite, sometimes the taste does not agree with our tastebuds or we are not culturally exposed much to the type of food.
We may not hate the food but we just don't prefer it.

Any of these statements can be used to express your feeling about the food.
1. I don't particularly fancy that
Whenever we say that we are not fancy about something its a way of saying that we have no affection for that thing or person, for example, we can say :-
"I don't really fancy her" meaning that you don't really have affection for her
OR
"I don't really fancy that red dress" meaning that you don't really like that red dress.
2. I'm not too keen about that dish.
To be "keen" about something means to have a desire for that thing. The opposite is also true, so to not be "keen" about something means that you do not have a desire for that thing.
どちらの表現でも、その食べ物についてのあなたの気持ちを表せます。
1. I don't particularly fancy that（それほど好きではない）
"not fancy"とは「好きではない」という意味です。例えば以下のように言うことができます。
"I don't really fancy her"（彼女があまり好きではない）
