「爆速」（とても速いこと）はいろいろな言い方ができます。いくつか例を紹介します。
・super fast
これは簡単ですね。そのまま「とても速い」ですが、日常生活ではよく使われます。
・rapid
これも「速い」とか「急」の意味です。rapid stream で「急流」や、電車の rapid は「快速」ですね。
・lightning speed
「電光石火」に近いですね。at lightning speed のような使い方をします。Disney 映画の Cars の主人公の名前が Lightning McQueen でしたね。
・at the speed of light
「光の速さで」です。
例：
The car is super fast.
その車は爆速です。
He can run at the speed of light.
彼は光の速さで走ることができます。

At the speed of light means super fast and is a common saying.
どれも「とても速い（very fast）」という意味です。
"at the speed of light" は「光の速さで＝超高速で（super fast）」という意味です、よく使われる慣用句です。
例：
I wish I could run at the speed of light.

You could also add the phrase 'At breakneck speed."

Example : I'll be with you in a flash!
rapid - fast
Example : He is a rapid worker.
in a jiffy - a very short time
Example : She will be back in a jiffy.
in a flash - すぐに
例： I'll be with you in a flash! 私はすぐにあなたとのところに行きます！
rapid-早い
例：He is a rapid worker.彼は迅速な労働者です。
in a jiffy - 非常に短い時間

"extremely fast" is an easy we to explain that something is very quick.
"Usan Bolt is said to be faster than a speeding bullet when he runs."
"extremely fast"（爆速/めちゃくちゃ速い）

The following are synonyms "hasty, in no time and sudden" they all explain the word "very very fast". "Hasty" means doing something or acting with excessive speed or urgency. "In no time means almost instantly which describes the speed at which an action took place. "Sudden" is an adjective and means occurring or done quickly and unexpectedly or without warning. Example A sudden bright flash.

"hasty" "in no time" "sudden" この三つは、互いに類義語となりどれも「急速に、突然に」という意味になります。
hastyは、～をとても速いスピードでするという意味です。
in no timeは「あっという間に」、suddenは「突然に」となり、予期していなかったことが警告なしに突然起こる、という意味です。
A sudden bright flash. （突然の明るい光）
爆速は超人力みたいに早いというと、lightning fastとかsuper fastと言えます。形容動詞として使うとin a flash（一瞬に）と言えます。
例：Superman is lighting fast. スーパーマンは爆速だ。（Superman is as fast as lightningというスーパーマンは雷のように早いも言えます）。
例：The deer was gone in a flash. 鹿が爆速に逃げた。

Rapid means happening in a short time or at a fast pace. Superfast is a more casual way of saying the same. For example - he rapidly took the weapon to protect his family, however, it was too late.
