Waking up on Mondays is always hard.
月曜日に起きるのはいつも大変です。
It's never easy getting out of bed on Mondays.
月曜日に起きるのはいつも大変です。
never easy は「簡単なことがない」＝「いつも大変」となります。

「月曜の朝はいつも起きづらい」
to have a hard time ...ing で「…しにくい・しづらい」
ーIt's tough getting out of bed on Monday morning.
「月曜の朝、起きるのは辛い」
it's tough ...ing で「…するのが辛い・困難である」
例：
I have a hard time waking up on Monday mornings because it's the beginning of the week.
「週の始まりなので、月曜の朝はいつも起きづらい」
