「残念な漢字になるのがいや」はI hate being disappointedとかI can't stand not being able to do anything about itですが、I can't stand itだけにすれば意味が変わりませんので上記に提案しています。
「髪が広がる」はhair growsとかhair spreadsなどですが湿気の関係でfrizzyとwavyの問題がよく発生していますので、frizzyを提案しています。
他の言い方：When it rains, the humidity makes my hair unmanageable. I can't stand it!
