親知らず一本だけが腫れて痛いなら、次のように言うと良いでしょう。
ーThe gum around my wisdom tooth is swollen and it hurts.
「親知らずの周りの歯茎が腫れて痛い」
＊親知らず自体は腫れませんので、the gum around my wisdom tooth のように言います。

もし複数の親知らずが腫れて痛いなら、次のように言うと良いでしょう。
ーThe gums around both my bottom wisdom teeth were swollen and sore.  It took about a week until they started to feel better.
「下の親知らず両方の周りの歯茎が腫れて痛かった。治るまで一週間かかった」
