to chuck ... out で「…を捨てる」
to chuck の代わりに to get rid of を使っても表現できます。
ーYour clothes are pretty worn out, why don't you just get rid of them?
「あなたの服はボロボロだから処分したらどう？」
to get rid of ... で「…を処分する・捨てる」

① "You should chuck away such old-looking clothes."＝「そんなに古っぽい服は捨てるべきなのに。」
ちょっと意訳になりますが。。。
② "I don't know why you don't chuck away such out-dated clothes."＝「なんで君がそんな古めかしい服を捨てないのか分からない。」
