少しでも参考として頂けますと幸いです。
「囲まれている」という箇所は、シンプルに have でも
表現できます（完璧にではありませんが）。
My hometown has great nature. 「自然が豊かである」
My hometown has 500,000 people. 「人口が50万人」
My hometown has a lot of big companies. 「大企業が多い」
My hometown has a very good curry shop.「おいしいカレー屋がある」
など、街のありとあらゆることを have を使って説明できます。
この have の使い方を日本語で説明するとすると
「備わっている」という感覚でしょうか。
ex. その丘は眺めがよい The hill has a very good view.
ex. この街には長い歴史がある This town has a long history.
など、色々と応用がききます。

上記のように英語で表現することもできます。
both は「両方」という意味の英語表現です。
例：
You can enjoy views of both the mountains and the sea.
山と海、両方の景色を楽しむことができます。
