日本の社会では、先生をとても尊敬しないていけないのでとても丁寧に話さないといけません。アメリカの場合は、違います。先生でもため口で話す人が多くて、「フォーマルかどうか」を機になくても大丈夫です。
僕だったら、こう言います。

他に何が言える？
「他に」は英語でよく「else」で表現します。
他にどこがいい？
Where else do you want to go?
などなど
WH言葉がない場合、otherで表現します。

他にいい表現がありますか？
どうしてもフォーマルに言いたい場合、「are」ではなく「would be」を使います。
Would there be any other good phrases?
でもこの言い方があまりおすすめしません。
英語は生きているので、いつも変わりつつあります。辞書とか表現リストは過去の英語を表示し、いつも不十分になっています。
Are there any other good phrasesは決まった英語のフレーズはが徹底的に乗っている場所があって、先生はその場所を調べるだけのように聞こえます。
A: Are there any good phrases?
B: Let me check (opens book).
What else can you say?の方は、スピーカー（英語を自然に使っていつも発展させている者）が中心になり、本よりスピーカーの感覚を重視するように聞こえるのでオススメします。

人によって表現の仕方や言い回しはそれぞれなので、いろんなパターンに慣れておくことが大切ですね。
"Could you suggest any other similar expressions?"
「他に似た表現を教えてくれますか。」
"Could you suggest better phrases?"
「もっとよいフレーズを教えてくれますか。」他の言い回しを聞きたい時
Suggestは「提案する、勧める」という意味ですが、この場合は、何か頭に思い浮かんだ表現を教えて欲しいという控えめなリクエストになります。

Similar phrases or sayings means something that is almost like that and not identical.

とは全く同じではないけど似たような表現という意味になります。

What is another way to say that?
This is a good way to ask your teacher if there are any other ways of saying a phrase. For instance, if the phrase is, "How are you doing today?. The teacher might say "Another way of saying this is: How is your day going? or What are you up to today?"

In this case "put" means "say"

This is a very specific way of asking your teacher for some other ways of phrasing a statement, or question.

When you are trying to find out if there are any other phrases that mean the same thing, you can ask:
-Are there any other similar phrases as the one we just discussed?
-Are there any other good English phrases that mean the same thing?
For example: a phrase like "check you later"could have other variations like "see you later", "see you soon", etc. These basically mean the same thing but are said in different ways.
他にも同じ意味の表現があるかどうかを尋ねたい時は、次のように質問することが出来ます。

例えば"check you later"と言うようなフレーズは "see you later"や "see you soon"などの様なバリエーションがあります。（また後で！）

Most simply we can ask, "what else can you say," in the context of learning or saying a phrase. We can also ask if there are any, "similar," ways to say the same thing. We can also either use the words, "phrases," or, "expressions."
