この場合、「おっ、[あった](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/28631/)！今送ります。」と言いたいなら、英語で「Oh, I was able to find it. I'll send it to you right now.」と言います。
同じ内容で別の言い方で「Oh, I found it. Working on sending it to you now.」でも言えます。
