この場合、次のように聞くと良いですよ。
ーHave you arrived safely at your destination?
「無事目的地に着きましたか？」
to arrive safely で「無事に到着する」
destination で「目的地」
ーDid you get there safely?
「無事着きましたか？」
途中まで一緒に行っていたなら、このように簡単に聞くこともできます。
ーDid you make it to where you were going?
「行く予定のところに辿り着きましたか？」
to make it to ... で「…に辿り着く・到達する」
