馬は他の動物より知能が高いと考えられているって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合の「考えられている」は、be supposed to〜 か be thought（considered）のどちが自然でしょうか。もしくは特に大きな差はないでしょうか。

この場合、 be supposed to と be considered to を使って表現できますが、be thought という言い方はしません。

ーHorses are considered to be more intelligent than other animals.
「馬は他の動物よりも知能が高いと考えられている」

ーHorses are supposed to be smarter than other animals.
「馬は他の動物より賢いとされている」
