目撃者の証言って英語でなんて言うの？

eyewitness's accountsが正しいと思っていたのですが、eyewitness accountsという表記も多く見られます。正しいのはどちらでしょうか？

この場合 eyewitness account(s）と言うと良いですよ。または the testimony of a witness とも言えます。

例：
He was found guilty because of the eyewitness account of the crime.
「彼は事件の目撃者の証言のため有罪になった」
to be found guilty「有罪判決を受ける」
