この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

「お客様の前に、ひと組いらっしゃいますがよろしいですか？」
Is that okay? で「よろしいですか？」を表現できます。
ーIf you don't mind waiting, there's just one group ahead of you.
「お待ちになるのが差し支えなければ、ひと組だけですがお客様の前にいらっしゃいます」
この場合、If you don't mind「差し支えなければ」を使っても表現できます。
