ランチ後の１時間後ぐらいって英語でなんて言うの？

ランチ後１時間ぐらいで次の場所へ向かったら間に合うねっとゆう表現をしたいとき、どのように言えばいいでしょうか？

この場合、次のように言えます。

ーIf we leave here about an hour after lunch, we should get there on time.
「ランチの後1時間くらいでここを出発したら、時間通りに着くだろう」
about an hour after lunch で「ランチの後1時間くらい」
to get there on time で「時間通りにそこに着く」
