この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

「全体のデータを見ると、…」
to see the overall data を使った言い方。

ーWhen you look at the complete picture of the data, ...
「データの全体像を見ると、…」
to look at the complete picture of the data を使った言い方。

ーWhen you look at all the data as a whole, ...
「すべてのデータを全体として見ると、…」
to look at all the data as a whole を使った言い方。
