質問者さんに印刷してほしいものがあるかどうかを聞く場合は

になります。

Do you need to print something?
= 何か印刷する必要がありますか？

もし、質問者さんが印刷してあげるよ、と言いたい場合は
I can do that for you.
と付け加えます。

「印刷する」は print out でも print でも大丈夫です。

(印刷しないといけないものはありますか？)

❷Do you have anything you need to print?
(印刷したいものはありますか？)
