この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。 ーYou can't put a bassinet in front of this seat. 「この座席の前にはバシネットを装着できません」 ーWould you like to change to another seat where you can attach it? 「（バシネットを）装着できる別の席に変更されますか？」 ご参考まで！
