許された時間以外、クラス内で携帯を使ってはいけないって英語でなんて言うの？

授業内で、携帯を使える時間がありそれ以外の時間は携帯は使えない状況で英文で表現したいです。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーThere are only certain times when you are allowed to use your phones in class, and you're not permitted to use them outside of those times. 
「授業中決まった時間にだけ携帯を使え、それ以外は使うことは許されていない」
to be allowed to use your phones で「携帯を使うことを許されている」
to not be permitted to use で「使うことを許されていない」
