If the leaves are just leaves in any season that have fallen to the ground, "fallen leaves" is a good title.
If you are specifically talking about leaves from the autumn season, "autumn leaves" or "fall leaves" are also good to use.
Well, it depends rather, why the leaves have fallen. Leaves fall naturally in the autumn. Autumn is usually defined in the Northern Hemisphere as being between September 22 or 23, and the winter solstice (year's shortest day), December 21 or 22; and in the Southern Hemisphere as the period between March 20 or 21 and June 21 or 22..
"Let's go outside and play in the autumn leaves!"
Leaves may also become detached by high winds:
"Mike would you clear up all the wind-blown leaves from the carpark?"
Leaves may also be purposely cut from a bush or plant or tree. If the leaves are taken individually, they may be referred to as 'plucked' leaves, or if taken to enhance the health of the tree or plant, then 'pruned' leaves.
If there appears to be no obvious reason for the leaf having parted from the tree, then it may simply be called a 'detached leaf,'

葉っぱは、人為的に木、プラント、原っぱで刈られたものかもしれません。もし、葉っぱが個別に摘まれているのであれば、plucked leaves（plucked:摘まれる）といえますし、木やプラントの成長のために、あえて摘まれる葉のことをpruned leavesと言います。特に理由がわからない場合、木から落ちた葉であれば、detached leafということもできますね。
「落ち葉」はfallen leavesと言うことができます。
