何かが "part of..." と言う事は、それはどこかと同じ場所か、もしくはその場所に直結しているという意味になります!

少しでも参考として頂けますと幸いです。
The destination is part of the station building.
と言いますと、「目的地は、駅の一部分だ」と
言うことができます。
日本語で言うところの「駅直結」ですと、個人的には
「渡り廊下などでつながっているが、少し離れたところに
ある別の建物」を思い浮かべますが、例えばまさに駅ビル内に
目的地があったり、あるいは駅からすごく近いということを
誇張して言いたければ、上記のように「駅の一部」と
言ってしまうこともできます。
