英語は結論から言った方がいいですので

ちょっと席をはずします。
などとまず言うのがいいと思います。
それから理由として例えば以下のように言うといいのではないでしょうか。
I need to take my daughter to the bathroom.
娘をトイレに連れていく必要があります。
また、いきなり「my daughter」だけだと通じない可能性もあるので
「my 2-year-old daughter」のように年齢をつけるのも手ですね。
Common in the US rather than the UK, is to describe a bathroom or toilet as a 'restroom,' although it is not really a place where you could rest comfortably :-)
If you are being disturbed during your lesson, you could say,
"My daughter is bothering me to go to the bathroom."
Or, if you need to take her quickly, just say,
"Sorry, I need to take my daughter to the toilet!"
本当に休むことのできるところではないけれど、トイレ(restroom)のことをbathroomやtoiletという言い方はUKよりUSでよく使われます。
もしレッスン中にそういうこといなったら、
例："My daughter is bothering me to go to the bathroom."
または、彼女を連れてきて
例："Sorry, I need to take my daughter to the toilet!"
と言ってもいいでしょう。

トイレのことはアメリカなどではbathroomが一般的です。
toiletでもおそらく意味は通じるんですが、ネイティブは使わないです。
なぜbathroomというと、アメリカでは普通トイレとお風呂が一緒ですよね。
それが語源です。
