今回は、外出の確認ということですので、
”go out” 「外出する」を使わせてもらいました。
●Do you have a plan to go out today?
たぶん、これはきっとすぐにしっくりくると思うのですが、二つ目の文章のように、近い未来、それから確実性が高い予定などを聞くときは、
●Are you going out today?
と進行形を使って表現することができます。
私の受講生でもたまにいるのですが、このgo outにwithを付けてしまうと、付き合う、デートするのように、少し意味合いが変わってきてしまうので、注意して使ってみてくださいね。
例）Would you go out with me?(私と付き合ってもらえませんか？)

2. Does outside seem appealing to you today?
1. Well, if you ask your co-worker about staying inside the office, his answer will inform you about this query.
"No, I think I'll take a walk around the park at lunchtime."
2. Similarly with this question, if the idea is or is not appealing, the reply should tell you what this individual's plans are:
"Does outside seem appealing to you today?"
"Not at all. It's raining. I'm not moving from this office!"
1. オフィスにいる予定なのかを聞けば、訊きたいことの回答が返ってくるでしょう。
回答例："No, I think I'll take a walk around the park at lunchtime."
2. この質問も同様に、外がappealしてるかしてないかと聞くことは、つまりは相手のプランを尋ねることになります。
（この場合appealは訴えるという意味よりかは魅力的に見えるという意味のアピールという意味に近いです）
"Does outside seem appealing to you today?" 今日の外には魅力を感じているかい？
"Not at all. It's raining. I'm not moving from this office!" いいえ、全く。オフィスからでたくもないですよ。
Are you planning to leave the office, at any point during the day?
Are you planning to...? This phrase suits any situation when you want to know if the other person, has considered a course of action in a definite manner...
Planning= forethought.
"Are you planning to leave the office, at any point during the day?"
Are you planning to...?

これは、相手があることを予定しているか知りたいときにぴったりのフレーズです。
Planning= 計画している
"Are you planning to leave the office, at any point during the day?"
今日のどこかで、外出する予定はありますか？
>Hey, are you leaving the office today?
>Do you have any external meetings today?
>Any plans to leave the office today?
*external meetings= outside your office. Meetings at other peoples offices.
All the above sentences are good to use and are clearly asking if he/she is planning to leave the office.

*external meetings=オフィスの外で他の人々会うことを意味します。
外出する予定があるかどうかはっきり尋ねる時に使うよい表現です。
Do you have any plans to go out of the office over lunch hour today?
Any plans to venture out of the office during lunch our today?
In the first sentence, you have used the preposition 'over' which in this context means 'from the beginning to the end of (a particular period)', in this case, it is the lunch hour period.
In the second sentence, you have used the phrase 'venture out' which in this context means 'to go out of something cautiously', in this case, the office. You have also used the preposition 'during' which in this context means 'from the beginning to the end of (a particular period)', in this case, lunch hour.
"Do you have any plans outside the office today?" asks a person if they have anywhere they need to go or plan to go that is outside of the office that day.
"Do you have any plans outside the office today?"
今日はオフィスの外へ外出の予定はありますか？
誰かにその日外出する必要があるか、オフィスの外に出る予定があるかを尋ねる言い方です。
Do you have any plans to go out today?
今日は外出の予定はありますか？
上記のように英語で表現することができます。
go out で「外出する」という意味になります。
have plans が「予定がある」です。
