Professional cyclists use a professional racing bike when they are competing. You can say racing bike to express it is specifically for competitions. Or a professional cycling bicycle explains that the bicycle is used for competitions. Just don't say "dirt bike" as this is for off roading and are really strong, thick bikes used for going through the mud, dirt, forest, maybe dunes etc. Dirt bikes are also used in racing and competitions. So it's best to be clear that it's a road bike or a professional cyclist's bike.
