「priority」のことの日本語はNO NAMEさんが入力しませんでしたが、多分こう言う英語になります：
「If you are unable to enter during regular business hours, you may be placed on a lower priority」
それに、この標識はお客さんのためか、社員のためかはちょっとわからないです。社員のことでしたら、入場は「come to work」とか「be on the job」とか。
