「priority」のことの日本語はNO NAMEさんが入力しませんでしたが、多分こう言う英語になります：
「If you are unable to enter during regular business hours, you may be placed on a lower priority」
それに、この標識はお客さんのためか、社員のためかはちょっとわからないです。社員のことでしたら、入場は「come to work」とか「be on the job」とか。
Some people may not be permitted to enter the venue once reception has closed.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーSome people may not be permitted to enter the venue once reception has closed.
「一旦受付が閉まると、会場へのご入場が許可されない場合がございます」
to enter the venue で「会場に入場する」
