"I'm sorry" でも別に問題はないですよ！
"I apologize" の方が少しフォーマルな感じがします。
あとは２番目に使った "excuse me" も「許してね」という感じで使えます。
ヘッドセットが使えない、聞きづらい、は例文を参考にどれでもいいので、組み合わせを変えてもいいですね。

If the person speaking is not very clear to hear then you can say to 'hear them well' so if you want to apologise incase they can' hear you well then you would say 'I'm sorry if you can't hear me well' by adding 'my headset is broken' explains why
相手の声が良く聞こえないなら、'hear someone well' が使えます。

This might be an important sentence when having an online lesson. If the teacher cannot hear you at all, it may be a good idea to use the chatbox to type this as well. It is always polite to apologise for this when it happens even though it is not your fault.
You can also say:
I apologise if you cannot hear me, my headphones are broken
If you are having problems hearing me, I am sorry, my headset is broken

The best thing to do in this situation is to ask your teacher whether they can hear you clearly at the start of the lesson.
If you cannot use your headset you can say:
